Impact Mission

Impact mission

NAJA Capital exists because financial discipline is cheap to teach and expensive to buy. Closing that gap is the mission, and the free side of this platform is how we do it at scale rather than one client at a time.

Where the firm stands

NAJA Capital LLC was organized in the State of Delaware in 2024.

NAJA Capital is in its formation stage. No investment vehicle has been formed and no third-party capital has been raised to date. The firm manages no client assets.

The firm publishes no impact figures, because it has none to publish. When investment activity begins, impact will be estimated using the Regional Input-Output Modeling System (RIMS II) multipliers published by the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, with the baseline recorded before the investment and the methodology disclosed alongside any figure. Until then, this page describes the objectives the firm is organized to pursue, and nothing more.

What we are working toward

NAJA Capital is organized to contribute in seven areas. These are stated as objectives. No result is claimed and no target is set.

Small business development

Small businesses employ a large share of the American workforce, and most of them operate without the financial infrastructure that larger companies take for granted. Our tools are built so that an owner with a spreadsheet and an hour can install that infrastructure themselves.

Financial education

Free, in plain English, with no consultation required. Financial literacy is not an abstraction — it is the difference between seeing a cash gap in week three and discovering it in week twelve. This is the one part of the platform that is operating today.

Community revitalization

Capital placed into federally designated Opportunity Zones, structured with local hiring commitments and community benefit terms written in from the start rather than negotiated after the fact. This activity is planned and has not yet launched.

Capital formation

Bringing productive foreign capital into U.S. assets through compliant structures. Capital that finances construction and operations is capital that creates work. This activity is planned and has not yet launched.

Job creation

Construction job-years during a build; permanent operating roles afterward; and the businesses that survive because someone helped them fix pricing or restructure debt before it was too late.

Underserved communities

Where advisory capacity is thinnest and the cost of a preventable mistake is highest. Free resources reach places a fee-based practice never would.

Long-term economic resilience

Businesses that forecast cash, understand their debt capacity and hold a real board meeting survive shocks that close their competitors. Resilience is built in ordinary months.

How we will measure it

Measurement methodology is fixed before there is anything to measure, so that the method cannot be chosen after the fact to suit the result. Economic impact will be estimated using RIMS II multipliers published by the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, applied at the regional level appropriate to the project, against a baseline recorded before the investment, with the methodology disclosed alongside any figure.

No metric will be published before there is something real to report, and no metric will be published as a projection or a target.

Work with us on this

If you run a chamber of commerce, an economic development organization, a CDFI, a Small Business Development Center, an accelerator or a community organization, our resources are yours to distribute. There is no cost and no license to negotiate. Tell us where to send them.
