Naiff has built his career at the intersection of institutional investment platforms, investment management, asset management, and high-growth operating companies, with experience connected to Pátria Investimentos, one of Latin America’s leading alternative investment managers and a firm historically associated with Blackstone; portfolio companies backed by Goldman Sachs and Evergreen Investment Advisors; and premium real estate development platforms in Brazil.
Across these environments, he has worked under the standards expected by sophisticated institutional investors, including disciplined capital allocation, investment structuring, asset management, rigorous financial controls, structured investor reporting, governance enhancement, long-term business planning, and value creation execution.
